At Donegan’s Seafood, we will happily prepare your fish for you so whether you choose a fillet we will happily remove the bones or skin. We supply our fish whole, filleted, steak or butterfly, take your pick.

Fish can be so simple to cook especially now with our oven bags, its so simple. Pick your fish, then a sauce, crumb or butter, seal it up in an oven bag and your ready to go.

We also prepare all our own Fresh Fish Cakes, Crab Cakes, Fish Bakes, Smoked Salmon Pate and Smoked Mackerel Pate. We are also known for our Prawn or Fish Stir-fry so once you have tried it you will be back. We have fresh fish daily and we always like to stock the freshest products.

Fish Handling, Safety & Storage

When buying fresh fish you must store it properly in your fridge or freezer. If you are not using your fish on the day of purchase, you should remove from the bag and place on a plate and cover with clingfilm or in a sealed container. When freezing fish you should wrap it well and make sure that no air is getting in, any fish which you are not planning on using within a few days should be frozen where possible.
